HTG Property Group is an owner-run property management firm with its HQ in Winchester, working across Southampton, Portsmouth and the New Forest.
We manage your property the way we manage our own
HTG holds its own buy to let property. That changes how we think about yours: voids cost us sleep too, cheap repairs that fail twice annoy us as much as they annoy you, and we know exactly which corners are not worth cutting.
We deliberately cover four areas only: Southampton, Portsmouth, Winchester and the New Forest. Every property we manage is one we can reach quickly, with contractors we have used before.
Alongside the management business sits HTG Mortgages, a Winchester mortgage broker. If your plans involve buying the next property or refinancing the current one, the lending side and the lettings side can actually talk to each other.

Members of the National Residential Landlords Association, so our processes track the current rules for landlords.
Deposit protection
Tenancy deposits are registered with government approved schemes. We work with TDS and mydeposits.
Redress scheme
We belong to the Property Redress Scheme, which gives landlords and tenants an independent route if something ever goes wrong.
Published fees
Our whole price list is public. If a charge is not on our fees page, we do not charge it.
